If somebody enjoys the experience, is it being ruined because it’s not what it’s supposed to be?
Is it heresy, or innovation, or maybe…
…both…

What did you create today?
Humans are creative by nature, and my buddy, the Supremely Happy Snowman, is testimony to that.
Create something today!😊
It doesn’t matter how long it’ll last.
Creativity is its own reward because it’s who we are.

Nothing is more exciting than being told that your dreams aren’t crazy…
That someone will support you no matter what you are trying to do.
It means someone else is willing to risk right alongside you.
Support someone’s dreams today!

We’ve got dreams, projects and goals and can get overwhelmed by the immensity of them.
But we really don’t have to know what steps to take in advance.
Commit to the path.
Commit to the orientation and then just take the next intuitive step however small it may be.
You don’t even have to see the step to take it, just take it and trust.
You got this.
You got you.
I got you.

From an engineering perspective, I can see why this bubble wrap might be superior to the bubble wrap that pops when pressed.
But the fact remains that there is something ritualistic and satisfying about being able to pop bubble wrap.
Your product, the experience of it, is multifaceted, and there may be unintended positive consequences to using your product.
There are things that you take for granted, and say, “The product was never intended for that,” but that doesn’t matter.
It’s how people are using it that matters. Pay attention to how your product is being used, or for that matter, how it’s being misused.
Those insights could lead to new, exciting,
and satisfying😁
products!

It’s all about perspective.
The other day, I came across this lichen lined hole in a steel drainage grate.
I saw it as more than a hole and decided to tweak it…
I flipped the image over, created a shadow, and voila! A jet black bar with lichen around the edges.
What’s fascinating is that once seen like that, it’s hard not to see the 3d effect even when it’s the original pic.
What we’re conditioned to, what we’re primed by, influences what we see next
Be mindful
Observe
Be creative

Surrender is all in
Surrender Risks
Surrender loves
Surrender embraces the Muse
Surrender trusts Someone or Something has your back.
Surrender is NOT passive.
It’s an act of the will and the heart, an act or saying:
“Let’s be the dance of Beauty,
Let’s flow as one.”
We have so much potential!
Trust
Risk
Love
Create
Change the world…
thx Brian Eno for the provocation!

You don’t need 6, or 20, or 50 strings or more to make beautiful music. It’s what you do with what you have.
The Kazakh dombra here has two strings.
You can do amazing things with what you have -be the artist you are!
(The Dombra is a popular instrument among turkic communities of Central Asia. The Kazakh dombra has frets unlike the Turkestani and Badakhshani damburas which are fretless.
Thank you @aididau and @musica_delmundo of Insta for the vid.)

Sometimes a distraction is only a distraction because we make it that.
Pay attention to where you’re going and what your intent is for the moment and let those other thoughts flash on and off all they want.
They’re going to pass by eventually.

Unlike certain products in health care, your product may never be used in the dark. But if you can make something easy to use when you can’t see what you’re doing, it’ll have great benefits when you can see what you’re doing.
Try brainstorming ways of improving your product (or service!) when you can’t see what you’re doing. You might just improve product experience by playing in the dark.
